Southern California Gas Co. and Pacific Enterprises delare preferred dividends
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 17, 2010 – The board of directors of Southern California Gas Co.
(SoCalGas) has declared regular quarterly dividends for the preferred and preference series stock of the company as follows:
SoCalGas:
Preferred Stock $0.375 per share
Preferred Stock, Series A $0.375 per share
Additionally, regular quarterly preferred dividends were declared by Pacific Enterprises, a subsidiary of Sempra Energy (NYSE: SRE), as follows:
Pacific Enterprises:
$4.50 Dividend Preferred Stock $1.125 per share
$4.40 Dividend Preferred Stock $1.10 per share
$4.75 Dividend Preferred Stock (2 Series) $1.1875 per share
$4.36 Dividend Preferred Stock $1.09 per share
The dividends are payable on Jan. 15, 2011, to shareholders of record on Dec. 10, 2010.
