SAN DIEGO, Dec. 4, 2007 – The board of directors of Sempra Energy (NYSE:SRE) today declared a quarterly dividend of 31 cents per share of common stock.  The current dividend is payable Jan. 15, 2008, to shareholders of record on Dec. 20, 2007.
