SoCalGas Executive, Employees to Help Pacoima Residents Prevent Home Fires this Saturday, April 29
Employee volunteers to work with local American Red Cross chapter to install free ten-year lithium battery smoke alarms as part in effort to reduce fire deaths and injuries in the U.S.
WHAT:  SoCalGas employee volunteers will help families in the city of Pacoima make their homes safer by installing free ten-year lithium battery smoke alarms and conducting battery checks. The volunteer work is part of Southern California Gas Company’s sponsorship of the Home Fire Campaign through a partnership with the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region. SoCalGas is helping the American Red Cross reach its goal of reduce death and injury from home fires by 25 percent by 2020.
